are UFO's really government tested devices?

The energy crisis is awakening new heights in industrial progression towards greener sources of energy. I only hope that the government tries to find ways to make this work, instead of reverting to those unhealthy fuel emissions and bad practices altogether.

UFO's have indeed been spotted throughout the globe on many occasions, but many people are atheist towards UFO's. A lot of them believe that UFO's are really top secret devices being tested by the government. If so, why do they not be as kind as to share this valuable information.
